Conrad has spent 25 years as a college instructor, teaching English at Flathead Valley Community College. At first glance, that might seem like an unusual background for someone teaching AI — but it's exactly what makes his approach work. Using AI well is, at its core, an act of communication. Knowing how to ask clear questions, give useful context, and refine language for a specific audience is the foundation of effective AI prompting, and it's a skill Conrad has taught and practiced his entire career.

He has been using AI extensively since its earliest days, and he brings a lifetime habit of exploring, researching, and adopting emerging technologies. He has been building and experimenting with AI agents since they first became available, and he has a practical command of the full toolkit — from voice and audio transcription to the workflows that turn them into real productivity. He knows these tools deeply — not as a hobbyist, but as someone who has tested them, pushed their limits, and developed a solid understanding of both where AI excels and where it falls short. That honest perspective matters: AI is a powerful productivity tool, but it isn't the right tool for every job, and misapplying it wastes time rather than saving it. Conrad helps you recognize the difference.

Above all, Conrad is a teacher first. Whether you're joining one of his 5-week classes or partnering with him to bring AI into your business, you'll find the same practical, personal approach: no hype, no unnecessary complexity, just a clear path to making AI work for you. The goal is never AI for its own sake — it's a more capable, more productive you, with tools you understand and that earn their keep.
